You may not facilitate, promote, encourage, use or induce or instruct others to use neofreelancer.com and our services for any activity that is in violation of any regulation, ordinance, statute, or law for any offensive, harmful, fraudulent or illegal purpose or to distribute, display, store, transmit or otherwise avail content that is offensive, harmful or illegal. 
 
Examples of the uses of this website and services that are prohibited include:
 
Endorsing, offering or seeking pornographic, obscene, or illegal activities or services, including but not limited to services:
 
i) That would violate another products, website, entities or person’s intellectual property and rights and copyrights
 
ii) That would involve the editing, review, or creation of sexually-explicit, obscene, erotic, or pornographic material;

i) Manipulating or falsifying, or attempting to manipulate or falsify the mouse clicks, keystrokes, or hours worked; 
 
ii) Recording, reporting, or otherwise billing clients for time you did not actually work;
 
iii) Recording, reporting or otherwise billing hours that were worked by another person as hours you work in ways that are false or misleading;
 
Expressing a preference in a proposal or job post or otherwise illegally discriminating on the basis of military/veteran status, sexual orientation, age, gender expression, gender identity, gender, sex, marital status, genetic information, medical condition, mental or physical disability, ancestry, national origin, color, religion, or race, or any basis that is protected by applicable laws;
 
Posting content that violates the rights of a 3rd party, or that harasses another person;
 
Posting identifiable information concerning other people;
 
Demanding or making bribes;
 
Demanding or making payments without the intention of receiving or providing services in exchange for such payments;
 
Spamming other users;
 
Using any automated means like scrapers, spiders, or robots to access neofreelancer.com for any purpose without our expressly written permission, or harvesting or collecting any personally-identifiable information (including account names) from this website; and

As such, all users are expected to use this website and services for the express intended purposes. Users may also not use this website or services in contravention of the intended purposes. 
 
Examples of prohibited uses of this website and its accompanying services include, but are not limited to:
 
Offering services for the purposes of receiving positive feedback;
 
Receiving, demanding or requesting free services – such as requesting freelancers on neofreelancer.com to submit work as part of the proposal process for no or for very little money, or posting contests where freelancers are required to submit work with very little or no pay, and only the winning submission gets paid the full amount;
 
Requesting fees before allowing other users to submit proposals;
 
Posting the same project multiple times to ensure that more than one version is active at any given time;
 
Withholding work product or payment, or engaging in any conduct to obtain positive feedback from other users;
 
Attempting to coerce, manipulate, or falsify other users by threatening to issue negative feedback;
 
Misusing the feedback feature to express views that are unrelated to the work, such as social, religious, or political commentary;
 
Sharing or duplicating accounts;
 
Giving, trading or selling an account to another individual without neofreelancer’s express consent;
 
Soliciting or sharing contact information – such as Skype IDs, phone numbers, or email addresses in a job post or profile;
 
Processing or soliciting payment outside of neofreelancer in violation of these Terms of Service; 
 
Advertising services or products that are beyond or outside the scope of neofreelancer’s marketplace; and 
 
Advertising on neofreelancer.com to recruit freelancers to join another website, company, or agency;
 

ENFORCEMENT

 
We reserve the right, without assuming the obligation, to investigate all violations of these terms of service. As such, we may investigate violations and remove, modify, or disable access to any content found to be in violation of these terms. 
 
We may also report all activities that we suspect are in violation of any regulation or law to the appropriate law enforcement regulators, officials or any other appropriate 3rd party. Our reporting included disclosing the appropriate user information. Additionally, we may cooperate with the appropriate law enforcement regulators, agencies and appropriate 3rd parties to facilitate the investigation of and prosecution of illegal conduct on neofreelancer.com by providing systems and network information related to the alleged violation of these terms of service.
 

REPORTING AND CORRECTING VIOLATIONS

 
If you know or become aware of any violation to these terms, you MUST report it immediately to the neofreelancer.com Customer Service team. By agreeing to these terms, you automatically agree to assist neofreelancer with any investigation that may be undertaken, and to take the remedial steps we might require for purposes of correcting violations to these terms of service.
